- Negotiating settlements of employment-related disputes, such as disputes about employment contracts, unpaid wages and commissions, discrimination, unlawful harassment, failure to provide reasonable accommodations or lawfully mandated leaves of absence, retaliation and whistleblowing
- Mediating of a full range of employment law claims
- In-house training for employees and management covering the full range of employment laws
- Internal investigations of employee complaints
- Applying for, and appealing the denial of, disability insurance coverage through a private carrier
